Therapist assignment is subject to change due to availability. If you have specific preferences for your therapist, you must include them in the notes otherwise changes may occur without notice.

This is a booking request, we will reach out to confirm your details and provide the exact start time for your appointment. Depending on your preferences and the availability of rooms/therapists, there is a possibility that your appointment may need to be rescheduled by up to 30 minutes before or after your requested time. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we strive to ensure the best experience for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY Please be advised that to cancel any spa appointment we require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. Credit cards will be requested by the Lounge for every booking made. For all Massage Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice you will be charged a 100% rate of the service you were booked for. If you do not show up at all, a charge for 100% of your services will be made to the credit card on file.
For groups of more than 4 or retreat reservations we require 72 hours' notice for cancellations.
Online reservations can be made up to 24hrs prior to the appointment time.
If you do not have a credit card you can pre-pay for your appointment via Email Transfer to contact@cedarandsagebanff.com.
The amount will be refunded in full if you cancel with 24 hours notice.**
