VIRTUAL MEDITATION & BREATH WORK WITH CHLOE LUCAS
Anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses are at an all time high due to the stress and unknowns of COVID, which means that finding time for our mental wellness is more important than ever.
The lovely Chloe Lucas will be hosting a weekly guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra class over IG live! This 45 minute session will focus on calming and relaxing the body, breathing techniques, and silencing the monkey mind; all tactics you can bring into your daily life when those anxieties/panics hit.
No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required, and all levels are welcome. The live will begin at 7:25pm roughly and class will start at 7:30pm. Arrive with comfy clothes on, a quiet and cozy area (the more blankets and pillows the better) and even a eye mask if you’d like! You will be in one posture for the majority of the session, so whatever you need to feel safe and supported.
