NATURE HEALING

Add an element of adventure to your spa day by choosing one of our outdoor nature and wellness packages. 

Options include:
 

  • Guided Nature Walk + Yoga + 75 Minute Massage

        Duration : 3hr15, $ 310

        (April to October only)
 

  • 1.5h Forest Bathing + 60 Minute Massage
    Duration : 2hr30, $ 270

 

  • 2.5h Forest Bathing + 90 Minute Massage

          Duration : 4h, $ 430

  • 1.5h SUP session + 75 Minute Massage
    Duration: 2hr45,  $305

Available for request daily between 9am - 6pm. Prices are per person.

Connect with friends while exploring some of Banff's most iconic trails, lakes and lookouts. These service are provided by local experts and can be customized to meet your individual skill set and intention for the day. The packages include required equipment, instructor/guide and first aid.

SAUNA + SAGE

​Looking to maximize your experience with us?

Enhance your relaxation with this upgraded treatment room featuring your own private infrared sauna and rainfall shower for 30 minutes prior to any massage of 60 minutes or more. Also included at your request - a burning of Alberta Prairie Sage. This powerful plant is known for its medicinal healing and cleaning properties.
