Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number & expiry date. Last minute cancellations and “no-shows” leave our therapists with empty appointment times. Due to this, guests that do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee. By providing you credit card details you are verbally agreeing to this agreement and to the charges associated. Please contact us if you do not have a credit card so we can arrange an e-transfer instead.
Please be advised that to cancel any spa appointment we require a 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. For all Massage Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a 50% rate of the service you were booked for. If you do not show up for your appointment it will be 100% rate of the service you were booked for.
For groups of more than 4 or private functions we require 72 hours' notice for cancellations.
It is important to us that our guests understand that the proceeds collected under this policy go directly to compensate the service providers who have lost income due to an untimely cancellation.
