Booking + Cancellation Policy​

We require a valid credit card to secure a reservation.

Please be advised that to cancel any spa appointment we require a 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. For all Massage Therapy appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a 100% rate of the service you were booked for. If you do not show up for your appointment it will be 100% rate of the service you were booked for.
 

For groups of more than 4 or retreat reservations we require 72 hours' notice for cancellations. 

 

Online reservations can be made up to 2hrs prior to the appointment time.

If you do not have a credit card you can pre-pay for your appointment via Email Transfer to contact@cedarandsagebanff.com.

The amount will be refunded in full if you cancel with 24 hours notice.
