If you are making an insurance claim or have a gender preference for your therapist, please include this information in the notes section of your booking. Failure to do so may result in being matched with a therapist who does not meet your needs.

• We do not offer direct billing.
   

• Therapist assignment is subject to change due to availability. If you have specific preferences for your therapist, you must include them in the notes otherwise changes may occur without notice.  
   

• Depending on your preferences and the availability of rooms / therapists, your appointment may need to be rescheduled by up to 30 minutes before or after your requested time. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we strive to ensure the best experience for you.

• The following additional charges may apply. Holiday Fee: A 2% surcharge will be added to all services on government holidays. Processing Fee: A 2.5% will be added to all card payments.  There is no processing fee for cash or e-transfer.

• Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.  100% of the service price will be charged for late cancellations and no show.
