JEN

RMT

Jen has been a registered Massage Therapist in the Bow Valley for 12 years, and she takes pride in contributing to the well-being of her clients in the community. Jen is able to easily adjust techniques, and modify the treatment to suit her client's needs. These techniques/treatments include, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, pre/post-natal, hot stone, and lymphatic drainage. She will guide you through breath work during the treatment to assist, and maintain a relaxing experience. Jen is a natural healer, is personable, caring, and kind. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with her family. She benefits from a daily practice of yoga and meditation.

IRENE

RMT

After successfully completing her education at Makami College, Irene has spent the past four years as a dedicated therapist in the valley. Specializing in a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release through cupping, she has honed her skills to provide comprehensive care.

Her expertise also extends to Swedish/relaxation massage, prenatal massage, and the soothing comfort of hot stone massage.

Outside of work, you'll find her enjoying the outdoors with her family on her days off.
Spending time in nature and making memories with loved ones is how she likes to recharge and find balance.

ALANA

RMT

Alana graduated from the Canadian College of Science Health and Technology. Having a varied healthcare background from her previous career, where she worked closely with individuals with exceptionalities, Alana brings a unique perspective and compassionate approach to her practice. As a massage therapist, she specializes in addressing stress-related injuries as well as acute and chronic pain through a diverse range of techniques. Her skill set includes joint mobilizations, myofascial release, deep tissue work, and relaxation techniques. With the understanding of the body's mechanics, she employs a holistic approach to promote healing and rejuvenation. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds comfort in the embrace of nature, often spending time travelling, and making memories with her family and furry companion.

DANIELLE

RMT

Danielle is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who has cultivated her practice across a variety of settings, including spas, wellness clinics, and even a remote lodge. She has also run her own practice, where she focused on delivering personalized, client-centered care tailored to individual needs.

Her approach combines technical skill with genuine compassion, creating a welcoming and therapeutic experience for every client. Danielle’s commitment to massage therapy is deeply rooted in her belief in the body’s natural ability to heal when supported with intentional, hands-on care.

Outside of her professional life, Danielle is most at home in nature, often exploring the outdoors and recharging in peaceful, natural spaces. She also enjoys getting lost in a good book or gathering around a table with friends to enjoy great food and conversation.

NICOLE

As a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, Nicole is passionate about helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies, whether that means reducing tension, supporting recovery, or simply creating space to relax and reset. Her approach blends relaxation with effective, therapeutic techniques, always tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. She is committed to creating a calm, welcoming environment where clients can truly unwind while receiving treatment that is both intuitive and evidence-informed.

Outside of the treatment room, Nicole enjoys staying active through gym sessions, hiking, and climbing: activities that challenge her physically and help her stay grounded. She brings that same sense of focus, strength, and balance into her work and is grateful to be part of each client’s wellness journey.

AARON

Aaron completed his Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Calgary, where massage therapy was a core part of his training. To further enhance his hands-on skills, he also pursued additional coursework at Mount Royal University, deepening his understanding of bodywork techniques.

With over 14 years of experience in the field, Aaron’s passion for massage lies in its ability to support clients' health and well-being through a holistic approach, blending physical, emotional, and energetic balance. His practice combines ancient Traditional Chinese methods and Swedish massage with insights from modern science and a Western perspective, offering a well-rounded and effective treatment style.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys the outdoors: hiking, climbing, archery, fishing, and camping. When indoors, he’s often reading, watching Netflix, or getting under the hood for some hands-on mechanics.

EDNA

Massage Therapist

Edna graduated from Catholic University of North with Honours in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Sciences with specialization in Skeletal Muscle and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She has been a Physical Therapist for the past 5 years in public and private practice, working with seniors and semi-professional sports soccer teams, where she used massage as a complementary therapy. Edna has always been passionate about massage therapy as it helps people achieve a state of integral health, balance all aspects of the person - structural, chemical and mental. In her therapy, she combines a deep, therapeutic and relaxing massage, seeking a balance and placing the body in an optimal condition to heal itself. Edna likes living a healthy and active lifestyle, and outside of work enjoys hiking, yoga, basketball, reading and traveling.

Massage Therapist

MARTIN

Originally from the Czech Republic, Martin brings a grounded and holistic approach to his practice, guided by his personal motto: “Life in balance.” With a deep appreciation for both movement and stillness, he blends elements of gym training and yoga, strength and mindfulness, sympathetic and parasympathetic balance,  always seeking harmony in the body and mind.

His intuitive, down-to-earth style makes clients feel at ease, supported, and in tune with their own well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Martin is often found practicing yoga, lifting weights, or enjoying time outdoors,  ideally with a dog by his side (and hopefully no bears in sight).

ANNA

Massage Therapist

Anna is a massage therapist from Spain with a background in both massage therapy and esthetics. She has trained extensively with a focus on spa treatments and specializes in relaxing massages and revitalizing facials, two of her favourite ways to help guests unwind and feel their best.

In addition to her soothing approach, Anna is skilled in deep tissue techniques, working to relieve muscle tension and address areas of discomfort. Whether clients are looking to relax, recover, or recharge, she takes pride in creating personalized treatments tailored to individual needs.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys discovering Canada and all it has to offer. She loves spending time with friends, exploring new places, and embracing the beauty of her surroundings.

CAROLINE

Registered Reflexologist/ Massage Therapist

Caroline began her career in healthcare as a physical therapist, working for several years in hospital settings and as a sports therapist. In 2010, she made the move to Banff to pursue another of her passions (snowboarding) and has since built a practice that blends her clinical expertise with a holistic, client-focused approach.

A graduate of the Canadian Reflexology School, Caroline is certified in all three levels of reflexology: feet, hands, and ears. Her work specializes in calming the nervous system and enhancing blood and lymphatic circulation. She also brings a wealth of knowledge in therapeutic massage, scalp and facial massage, cupping, and scar tissue manipulation.

With a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal, Caroline creates treatments that are both restorative and precise.

KIM

Reiki Master 

Kim is a certified Reiki Master who has been immersed in the study of Reiki since 2003. Her training with a variety of teachers has provided her with a rich and diverse understanding of this energy-based healing practice. She often incorporates Oracle Cards into her sessions, using them as a tool to guide her intuitive insights and support each client’s individual journey. With a background as a dance, fitness, and yoga instructor and coach, she brings a grounded, body-aware approach to her energy work, offering clients practical tools to integrate healing into their daily lives.

Deeply committed to the well-being of others, Kim weaves her extensive knowledge and experience into each session with care and intention.

Yoga Teacher and Hiking Guide

MICHELLE

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Michelle’s love of the mountains began at an early age as she grew up travelling to Western Canada, Europe, and the United States on family ski holidays.

After university, she answered the call to the mountains and moved to Banff where she discovered yoga. In 2016, Michelle travelled to India to receive her RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training certification. In 2019, she completed the Hiking Guide certification from the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, and as an outdoor professional, Michelle has an 80-hour Wilderness First Responder certificate. Whether she is hiking up or skiing down, Michelle thrives in the mountains. She is inspired by mountain culture and outdoor living, and she loves to share the physical and mental health benefits of yoga and nature.

RONNA

Forest Bathing guide 

Ronna Schneberger is an award-winning master interpreter, naturalist, and hiking guide in the mountain parks for over 25 years.  She has been teaching yoga for 20 years. In 2016 she became one of the first forest bathing guides in Canada and enjoys showing people this unique way of connecting to the beautiful environments in Banff.  She continues to guide but has added executive coaching to her list of certifications. Today, she works with people from around the world leading hikes, offering forest bathing and leadership development programs with profound results. Ronna’s unique nature programs use proven techniques to help people reset and rejuvenate so they can reclaim calm and clarity.

SCOTT

Forest Bathing guide 

Scott brings over 25 years of experience in coaching, counseling, leadership, and guiding to his practice. He is a certified Coach (CC), Nature and Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT), Wilderness Guide (IGA), and holds certification in Advanced Wilderness First Aid. His approach combines deep presence, emotional awareness, and a profound respect for the healing power of nature.

His sessions are rooted in a desire to help others reconnect with themselves and the natural world in a grounded, supportive way.

Scott’s forest bathing walks offer a gentle and restorative experience, inviting participants to slow down, tune in, and experience nature as a source of insight, connection, and renewal.
