We require a credit card on file to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in the credit card on file being charge 100% of the service fee. 

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge more than than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. 

The balance of your appointment will be collected at check out and can be paid by any payment method of your choosing.

 

Upfront e-transfer is also available for clients who do not have a credit card. Please call us to find out more. 

*Please note: We offer registered therapists who can issue insurance receipts. However we do not direct bill to insurance companies on your behalf.
